Hold on to the Word of God!
We read in Isaiah 14:24, “The LORD Almighty has sworn, “Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will happen.” If there is someone you can put your total trust in… it is GOD! What He says He will do… He will do! He fulfills every promise He makes!
There are times you seek God on matters and He makes it very clear that you are to wait or He shows you a clear ‘NO!’ But how amazing it is when He gives you the desires of your heart. I want to encourage you that you can ask Him and trust Him… He IS faithful… it is ‘ok’ to ask Him. I have been seeking God on several matters and yet I may have been unsure of if or when each would be answered but I knew I had to at least ask Father God, ‘what was His will in the matter?’
Be prepared for the answer that God gives you and trust that He knows what is best for you. Along the way of walking with God over 25 years, I have learned that I may not always get everything I wanted or asked God for but He has always worked everything out for my good. There have been some very hard places to walk with some lonely moments… but GOD!
I have learned the power of the confession of my mouth. Romans 10:8 says, “The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith”
There is something about speaking the Word in faith believing.. literally taking God at HIS Word! Faith arises and in your heart there is complete assurance that God is able to do just what He said He will do. As you seek Him with all of your heart; He literally will reveal to you in a vision what you are believing will happen… so have faith!
Knowing this, I want to encourage you that God is NOT a respecter of persons, if you see Him do something for someone else… rejoice with them as a fellow member of the Body of Christ. He wants to bless you as well and grant you the desires of your heart. I want to share with you a quick testimony that I have been trusting God for in a personal matter for 15 years and God not only answered but truly has given me the desires of my heart. Yes, I had to wait a long time… but God!
